Integrations Technical Lead

GCS Malta is seeking to recruit an Integrations Technical Lead to join one of Malta’s leading tech companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Leading the deliverable integrations, the generation and review of all technical system documentation and the Technical Integrations team by adopting a hands
• on approach.
• Engaging in 'Core Teams' as necessary, either serving as the Technical Lead or within Operational Support teams, collaborating with the Core Team Service Lead by assuming the Implementation lead position.
• Ensuring IT compliance standards are maintained.
• Guaranteeing that the system design addresses functional, service quality, security, and systems management needs effectively.
• Assisting in generating Level of Effort data, spare parts needs, travel arrangements, based on technical pre
• sales and Dev team proposals.
• Identifying, quantifying, prioritizing, and managing service and operational risks.
• Accountable for resolving assigned technical incidents, covering early life support or configuration issues across the portfolio, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Other related duties may be assigned as necessary.

Required Skills

Necessary industry certification in Windows or Linux systems is required. Additionally, certification in any other infrastructure area is also preferred. Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Qualifications and Experience

Ideally, candidates must be in possession of a Degree in Computer Science and/or Software Engineering and/or a related field, in absence of a Degree, a minimum of 7 years’ experience in managing and operating IT systems is required.
