GCS is looking for a Lawyer - Corporate Advisory to join one of Malta's leading financial companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Engaging with GT’s client base.
• Resolving client issues.
• Researching legal topics.
• Preparing client documents.
• Working with diverse teams on projects.
• Contributing to articles on corporate and commercial law.

Required Skills

Excellent organizational and having the ability to perform demanding transactions is required. Ideally, be proficient and fluent in both written and verbal English, with preferably additional languages.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must be in possession of a University Degree in Law and holder of a warrant to practice in Malta whilst having a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the corporate industry is considered an asset.
