GCS Malta is looking for a Product Manager to join one of Malta’s leading service providers.

Your Responsibilities

• Conducting market research to identify customer needs.
• Defining product requirements based on market insights.
• Collaborating with cross
• functional teams to launch products.
• Analyzing product performance and optimizing as necessary.
• Working closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
• Aligning product and marketing activities with company strategy and objectives.
• Developing strategic plans and value propositions for Mobile Services to drive revenue growth.
• Understanding customer behavior and leading initiatives to improve the overall customer experience.

Required Skills

The chosen candidate must be skilled in developing and executing strategic plans in upselling and cross-selling initiatives. Strong leadership skills and advanced skills in MS office tools are required.

Qualifications and Experience

Ideally, candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a marketer with a focus on mobile services whilst proven experience in product management within the telecom industry is considered an asset.
