Sales and Customer Executive

GCS Malta is looking for a Sales and Customer Executive to work with one of Malta's leading insurance group of companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Assisting in serving walk
• in customers
• Updating client details as needed
• Providing product information and addressing queries
• Promoting new products
• Providing quotations and completing paperwork for new policies
• Managing policy processes
• Addressing customer complaints and seeking resolutions
• Processing customer requests and issuing necessary paperwork
• Handling customer inquiries over the phone and via email

Required Skills

Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills are required. Proficiency in using Microsoft office tools and excellent written and spoken Maltese is a must.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants with CII qualification (minimum Dip CII) or those making significant progress toward achieving this qualification will be given preference.
