Client Relationship Manager

GCS Malta is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to work with one of Malta's leading financial companies. The chosen individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining good working relationships with clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Acting as primary contact for clients with structures managed by Sovereign
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, settlors, beneficiaries, and advisors
- Handling administrative tasks for trusts, corporate structures, and residency applications
- Managing trusts administered by Sovereign's Malta office
- Preparing and filing reports with relevant authorities promptly
- Coordinating with external parties for applications and registrations
- Collaborating with other departments for client service excellence
- Monitoring structure activities for compliance with policies
- Assisting legal department with contracts and agreements
- Performing general office administration tasks
Required Skills
The individual must have strong communication and organizational skills. One must also be eager to work within a team-orientated environment. Fluency in the English language is considered a must. Knowledge in the Maltese, French, or any additional language is considered a plus.
Qualifications and Experience
If you are in possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or similar qualification, with previous working experience of at least 2 years within a corporate services role, then this one's for you! Experience in Trust Administration is considered an advantage.
