GCS Malta is currently looking for an MLRO & Compliance Officer to join a renowned consultancy company in Malta.

Your Responsibilities

• Serving as Compliance Officer and MLRO for the employer and subsidiaries.
• Addressing client inquiries and liaising with authorities and professionals.
• Managing regulatory compliance and conducting KYC processes.
• Preparing company registers, opening client accounts, and assisting with transactions.
• Coordinating AML compliance and ensuring adherence to obligations.
• Staying updated on legal developments and assisting with policy updates.
• Supporting audits and reporting requirements for regulatory entities.
• Acting as a personal assistant to the executive team and perform other duties as needed

Required Skills

Ideally, possess strong time-management and multitasking skills, be organized and proactive, with excellent attention to detail. Good knowledge of MS office and a strong command of both written and spoken English is required, whilst knowledge of any other language is preferred.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should hold a Master's Degree in Law or an equivalent graduate degree in Compliance, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
