AML & Compliance Assistant

GCS Malta is looking for an AML & Compliance Assistant to work with a leading firm in Malta.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conducting KYC and AML checks during onboarding.
  • Completing customer profiles on the KYCP Portal.
  • Filling out job forms as instructed.
  • Obtaining letters of engagement and customer onboarding forms.
  • Collating and verifying CDD documents.
  • Conducting screenings of customers and intermediaries.
  • Escalating issues to the Compliance Officer.
  • Uploading CDD to the KYCP Portal.
  • Maintaining communication with the Compliance team.
  • Following up on suggested AML measures.

Required Skills

Ideally, having excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to work in a team, whilst being analytical and detail-orientated is required.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have solid knowledge and previous experience in the AML and Compliance functions.
