Fraud Analyst

GCS Malta is seeking a Fraud Analyst to work with one of Malta’s leading iGaming companies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and reviewing suspicious player activity related to fraud and AML
  • Analyzing daily reports and investigating suspicious player behavior
  • Taking immediate action on fraudulent transactions and accounts
  • Communicating with players to request documentation when necessary
  • Reviewing and verifying player documentation (missing, expired, or suspicious)
  • Assisting with basic customer onboarding
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure follow
  • up actions are taken
  • Escalating Suspicious Activity/Transaction Reports to the MLRO
  • Reviewing and recording chargebacks to mitigate risk
  • Performing other tasks as specified by the RFP Manager/Team Lead

Required Skills

Ideally, possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with attention to detail and excellent teamwork abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, along with a strong command of the English language; an additional language is considered a plus.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have previous anti-fraud working experience.
