GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Motor Claims Handler to join one of Malta's leading insurance companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Delivering assigned specific objectives
• Handling all claims in the job holder’s file allocation according to group SLAs
• Gathering and processing information to support the assessment of complex cases
• Managing a portfolio of recovery files
• Adhering to the Argus Insurance Complaint Management process
• Performing any other duties assigned by Senior Management or the Core team

Required Skills

The ideal candidate should possess excellent time management and organizational skills, along with a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications and Experience

The candidate should have prior experience in a similar role, and an interest in developing skills in insurance or claims is considered an asset.
