GCS Malta is seeking an IT Support Technical Officer to work with one of Malta's leading tech companies.

Your Responsibilities

• First
• level support
• Maintaining and troubleshooting on workstations, laptops, printers, and others

Required Skills

Capable of troubleshooting issues on the latest technologies, and have some basic experience with networks, and ideally network printers is a must. One must be able to perform well under pressure, and work well in a team with minimal supervision.

Qualifications and Experience

The chosen candidate must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar post. One must also possess Cisco and/or Microsoft certification and ideally have a basic understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies like Office 365.
