GCS is looking for a Lawyer to join one of Malta's leading financial companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborating with a team on transactions involving digital assets, fintech, and finance.
• Drafting and updating legal instruments.
• Assisting in creating policies to meet regulatory requirements.
• Supporting compliance during supervision processes.
• Addressing regulatory issues as they arise.
• Providing regulatory advice to financial clients.

Required Skills

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively and grow within the firm are essential. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English are essential, with proficiency in an additional language considered a plus.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should have a University Degree in Law and a warrant to practice in Malta, with 1-2 years of experience in the financial industry is considered an asset.
