GCS Malta is seeking a motivated lawyer interested in both Corporate Law and Capital Markets to work with one of Malta’s leading law firms.

Your Responsibilities

• Advising clients in matters such as transactional, banking and more
• Assisting in licensing and compliance obligations of clients
• Guiding clients on capital markets

Required Skills

One must be capable of working both independently as well as part of a team whilst working under pressure. An attractive remuneration is given based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications and Experience

The chosen candidate must have two years’ experience after being qualified, and a strong academic preparation and grounding in Civil and Corporate/Commercial Law. Experience working within then Financial Services sector is considered an asset.
