GCS Malta is looking for a Customer Support Representative to work with an international telecoms company in Malta.

Your Responsibilities

  • Providing first
  • line support and resolving customer issues
  • Responding to inquiries and maintaining high satisfaction
  • dentifying needs and assisting with queries
  • Handling and resolving complaints professionally
  • Offering accurate information using proper tools
  • Monitoring and reporting issues per company procedures
  • Escalating technical issues following SOPs
  • Building rapport and proactively identifying potential issues
  • Following communication procedures and company policies
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by management

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is considered a must. The selected candidate must be available to work on a 24/7 roster including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications and Experience

The selected candidate must be passionate about customer service where customer satisfaction and first contact resolution immediately come to mind. One must have strong analytical, technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
