GCS Malta is seeking a Senior Corporate Manager to work with one of Malta’s leading financial companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Building long
• term client relationships and generating leads through networking.
• Introducing clients to various services and participating in strategic planning.
• Developing strategies to promote services and managing financial budgets.
• Leading department development and overseeing proposals to clients.
• Providing technical expertise and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Monitoring legislative changes and implementing strategic improvements.
• Mentoring team members and reviewing client complaints.
• Establishing relationships with stakeholders and ensuring corporate governance.

Required Skills

Strong leadership and managerial skills are essential, along with excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills are required. Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should have a university degree or equivalent qualification in a related field and at least 8 years of experience in corporate settings, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
