GCS Malta is looking for a Receptionist to work with a renowned consultancy company in Malta.

Your Responsibilities

  • Supporting office organization and administrative activities
  • Managing the reception desk and switchboard
  • Handling correspondence and mail
  • Overseeing the general filing system
  • Assisting with basic marketing tasks
  • Acting as liaison between employees, customers, and service providers
  • Managing daily administration and communication form the affiliate company
  • Performing various ad hoc duties

Required Skills

Strong communication, organization and customer service skills are needed, whilst having the ability to work independently is essential. Proficiency in MS office tools and fluency in both written and spoken Maltese and English are preferred.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have basic commercial training and a minimum of a year's experience in administration, preferably in reception or telephone work is considered an asset.
