GCS Malta is seeking a Business Development Executive to work with one of Malta's leading tech companies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identifying and targeting potential clients through research and networking.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships to provide tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrating IT services and solutions effectively.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies with the team.
  • Monitoring industry trends and adjusting sales tactics.
  • Delivering persuasive presentations and proposals.
  • Managing the sales pipeline and providing forecasts.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Keeping accurate records of sales activities.

Required Skills

A strong understanding of IT Solutions coupled with familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Excellent communication, organizational and time management is required within this role. Fluency in both Maltese and English language is essential.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, with experience in IT services sales being advantageous.
