GCS Malta is looking for an Automotive Senior Sales Manager to join one of Malta’s leading group of companies.
Your Responsibilities
- Leading the B2C sales and administration teams to meet sales targets.
- Recruiting, managing, and mentoring team members; conducting performance reviews.
- Coordinating product training and collaborating with Marketing on campaigns.
- Working with Procurement to manage stock based on demand.
- Monitoring sales performance, preparing budgets, and adjusting commission structures.
- Analysing customer satisfaction and implementing process improvements.
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring showroom standards.
- Overseeing team schedules and adherence to protocols.
- Maintaining relationships with key clients and reporting to senior management.
Required Skills
Strong working knowledge on internal IT system, coupled with an in-depth technical knowledge of the industry is essential within this role. Ideally, the candidate must possess excellent teamwork, communication and decision-making skills are requires. Fluency in both Maltese and English are needed, whilst proficiency in using MS office applications is a must. A valid driver's license is a must for this position!
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a Senior Business Development role, as this is considered an asset.
