Service Advisor

GCS Malta is looking for a Service Advisor to work with one of Malta’s leading rental companies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Serving as the first point of contact for clients at the service reception.
  • Guiding clients through the repair process, advising on services, and explaining procedures.
  • Inspecting vehicles upon arrival and before delivery and updating the system accordingly.
  • Consulting with workshop managers on necessary repairs and vehicle statuses.
  • Ensuring vehicles are ready for customers on time.
  • Informing clients when their vehicles are ready for collection after service or repairs.
  • Maintaining records of completed work and updating the system.

Required Skills

Ideally, have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft office and dealership management is essential. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record is required.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have previous working experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive dealership or related industry is considered an asset.
