GCS Malta is looking for an Accounts Clerk to work with a legal firm in Malta.

Your Responsibilities

  • Performing bookkeeping and issue bills
  • Handling clerical tasks and liaise with clients and third parties
  • Data entry and bank reconciliations
  • Preparing VAT returns and process payments
  • Managing credit control and debt collection
  • Assisting with office administration duties

Required Skills

Excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills are required within this role. Fluency in the Maltese language is essential, whilst proficient in using MS office applications is needed.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have a moderate level of education in Accounts, whilst experience in using accounting software such as Sage and Shireburn is considered an asset.
