GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Client Tech Support to join one of Malta's leading software companies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Addressing customer queries, complaints, and requests via email.
  • Assisting customers with any issues they encounter.
  • Informing customers about features and functionalities that can enhance their operations.
  • Following up to ensure resolution of reported technical issues.
  • Troubleshooting, analyzing, and reporting errors or malfunctions.
  • Maintaining detailed records of client data, including feedback.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and recommending improvements to management.
  • Identifying ways to enhance service quality.
  • Managing client accounts and updating billing information.
  • Consulting with clients to suggest and implement improvements.
  • Planning and scheduling tasks for support developers.

Required Skills

Ideally, have excellent analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills, along with strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential within this role. Good command of the English Language is a must.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must be in possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Tech, Digital Marketing, Business or a related field, whilst experience as a Tech Support or a similar role is considered an asset.
