GCS Malta is looking for a Product Manager to work with one of Malta's leading FMCG retail franchise companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Conducting market visits to gather market and shopper behavioral insights
• Maintaining and improving average margin by item group within the department
• Planning, supervising, and managing product assortments and delisting's via the web portal to drive revenue and profitability through performance analysis
• Developing and executing product positioning, placement, and planograms for new and existing stores
• Coordinating with operations to ensure correct implementation of all planograms
• Making necessary adjustments to product categorization
• Collaborating with PMs, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project and initiative execution
• Selecting products for promotion and coordinating promotional activities with Marketing and Operations, including in
• store activations and ensuring stock availability
• Handling additional tasks assigned by the CCO

Required Skills

One must be professional and proactive, possessing strong communication and organizational skills. Fluency in the English language is a must, whilst ideally one must have knowledge in the Maltese language.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have previous working experience in a similar role, as it is considered an asset.
