GCS Malta is seeking an Investor Relations Officer to work with one of Malta's leading financial companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Performing AML checks on shareholder accounts to ensure compliance.
• Handling transaction order requests, such as subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.
• Keeping shareholder registers updated for various managed funds.
• Generating periodic reports on shareholder trading activity for Fund Managers.
• Responding to investor inquiries consistently.
• Overseeing the Transfer Agency relationship with Fund Managers.

Required Skills

One must be professional and proactive, possess strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work within a fast-paced environment. Fluency in the English language is considered a must. Proficiency in using MS office is required.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must be in possession of a Diploma in Compliance and/or AML, whilst a minimum of a year experience as a fund administrator or an AML role is considered an asset.
