Compliance Analyst

GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Compliance Analyst to work with one of Malta's leading investment companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting the Compliance Manager with regulatory updates and implementation.
• Updating corporate structure charts, staff handbooks, and compliance logbooks for Malta and UK.
• Conducting quarterly policy reviews and preparing compliance monitoring documents.
• Assisting with agreement reviews, drafting resolutions, and compiling Board Packs.
• Handling ad
• hoc compliance requests and regulatory forms for UK
• managed funds.
• Assisting the MLRO with due diligence and compliance reviews.
• Managing GDPR updates, AML reports, and team regulatory updates.

Required Skills

Ideally, have strong organizational, time management, and teamwork skills are essential within this role, along with being self-motivated and having the ability to multitask. Excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using Microsoft office applications are required.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Commerce, a Diploma in Law, or an equivalent qualification. Previous experience in a law firm, legal department, or a similar role is considered an advantage.
