HR & Payroll Administrator

GCS Malta is looking for an HR & Payroll Administrator to work with one of Malta's finest Hotels.

Your Responsibilities

  • Preparing and processing of monthly payroll
  • Reconciling of daily punches to weekly approved roster
  • Handling the engagements and terminations according to corporate and statutory requirements
  • Organizing and maintaining employees’ personnel records
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies
  • Setting up interviews
  • Applying and following the process of obtaining TCN work permits
  • Preparing end of month related documents
  • Creating regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
  • Assisting employees in HR related queries

Required Skills

Good organizational skills and excellent communication skills are required. One must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role with knowledge and a good understanding of the HR cycle.
