GCS Malta is looking for an HR & Payroll Administrator to work with one of Malta's finest Hotels.
Your Responsibilities
- Preparing and processing of monthly payroll
- Reconciling of daily punches to weekly approved roster
- Handling the engagements and terminations according to corporate and statutory requirements
- Organizing and maintaining employees’ personnel records
- Liaising with recruitment agencies
- Setting up interviews
- Applying and following the process of obtaining TCN work permits
- Preparing end of month related documents
- Creating regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
- Assisting employees in HR related queries
Required Skills
Good organizational skills and excellent communication skills are required. One must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate must have at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role with knowledge and a good understanding of the HR cycle.
