GCS Malta is looking for a Housekeeping Manager to work with one of Malta’s leading group of companies in entertainment and hospitality.

Your Responsibilities

  • Approaching all guest and employee interactions in a friendly and service
  • oriented manner while ensuring compliance with Hugo’s Hotels standards.
  • Conducting daily walk
  • throughs to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction and facilitating communication within housekeeping and laundry departments.
  • Managing supply issuance, inventory checks, and expenses within budget while overseeing staffing, training, and scheduling processes.
  • Resolving guest complaints and concerns promptly.

Required Skills

Ideally, the candidate must have exceptional service orientation, have a proactive approach and be able to work a variable shift pattern is required with in this role.

Qualifications and Experience

The chosen candidate should possess at least 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager or in a similar role and prior experience managing budget, is considered an asset.
