Credit Control Clerk

GCS Malta is looking for a Credit Control Clerk to join one of Malta's leading group of companies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Vetting files for hire purchase approvals and preparing documentation.
  • Liaising with banks on declined and disputed debtors.
  • Collaborating with sales and administration for documentation.
  • Processing Bills of Exchange and finance agreements.
  • Assisting customers with balance and payment queries.
  • Handling cancellation letters for settled deals.
  • Allocating online payments.
  • Performing additional tasks as needed.

Required Skills

Candidates should be familiar with Microsoft desktop operating symptoms and Microsoft office applications, possess proficiency in Maltese and English, maintain a clean police conduct, and demonstrate the ability to use IT systems.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should be in possession of an O' Level standard in accounting, whilst having at least 6 months of experience in an administration or finance role is considered an asset.
