GCS Malta is looking for a Claims Handler to work with one of Malta's leading insurance group of companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Advising policyholders on claims processes and procedures.
• Processing new insurance claims notifications and collecting necessary documentation.
• Analysing claims for compliance with policy conditions and guiding customers on next steps.
• Monitoring claim progress and investigating potential fraud.
• Liaising with legal professionals and negotiating claim terms.
• Ensuring fair settlement and excellent customer service while handling any related complaints.

Required Skills

Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office is a must. Good communication skills in both the Maltese and English language is considered a must. Also, one must be ready to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Qualifications and Experience

One must have a minimum of secondary level of education and preferably have an insurance related qualifications or potentially achieving this soon.
