GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Steward to join one of Malta's leading companies within hospitality and entertainment.

Your Responsibilities

• Providing cleaning services for all kitchen and FOH/back
• of
• house areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Preparing and setting up cleaning equipment daily, ensuring readiness for use
• Sanitizing kitchens, dining areas, and back
• of
• house spaces throughout the day
• Following Health & Safety procedures for handling cleaning products and maintaining safety standards
• Replenishing supplies in restrooms and kitchen stations while maintaining stock levels
• Performing deep cleaning tasks on a scheduled basis and reporting maintenance issues promptly
• Promoting a cooperative environment among team members and using cleaning resources efficiently
• Completing additional duties as directed by the Head of Department

Required Skills

Candidates must be self-motivated and have attention to detail is essential within this role. Applicants must be available to work during weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must be in possession of a valid skills pass, whilst experience working in a kitchen environment is considered an asset.
