GCS Malta is seeking to recruit an F&B Server to join one of Malta’s leading companies within hospitality and entertainment.

Your Responsibilities

• Providing food and beverage services to guests and patrons based on departmental business levels
• Setting up and relaying tables in restaurant outlets
• Taking orders and serving drinks and food to guests
• Maintaining cleanliness in accordance with company procedures and hygiene standards

Required Skills

This role requires a good understanding of how it contributes to the restaurant's success, adherence to grooming standards, good time management, and leadership skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, whilst additional European languages are a plus.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have at minimum 2 years working experience in high-end restaurants, as it is considered an asset.
