GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Hostess to join one of Malta’s leading companies within hospitality and entertainment.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
• Managing reservations, taking names on a waiting list, and providing accurate wait times.
• Cleaning, organizing, and stocking menus in the host area.
• Interacting with customers, communicating menu items, and promoting featured dishes.
• Observing tables to track cleanliness and occupancy.
• Maintaining a clean reception area and frequently sweeping the foyer and front entrance.

Required Skills

The perfect fit possesses proficiency in customer service and basic reservation systems, with the ability to manage guest flow effectively. They can handle busy periods while ensuring positive guest interactions and must have a proficiency in English.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have at least 1-2 years of previous experience as a host, waiter or a similar role is considered an asset.
