GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Bartender to join one of Malta’s leading companies within hospitality and entertainment.

Your Responsibilities

• Mixing and serving a variety of drinks, ensuring high quality and consistency.
• Providing exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and taking drink orders.
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including equipment and glassware.
• Managing stock levels and preparing garnishes for cocktails.
• Handling cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.
• Collaborating with the bar team for smooth operations and mentoring barbacks.
• Committing to complete online training within two weeks of the start date.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of beer, cocktails, spirits, and wine, along with mixology skills. The ability to analyse and interpret recipes and manuals are required. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should possess a valid skills pass, and a food handler license is considered an asset.
