F&B Runner

GCS Malta is seeking to recruit an F&B Runner to join one of Malta's leading companies within hospitality and entertainment.

Your Responsibilities

• Assisting senior staff in delivering excellent guest service.
• Serving food and beverages, maintaining presentation and service standards.
• Keeping the dining area clean and organized, resetting tables and clearing dishes.
• Helping set up and break down the dining area.
• Polishing plates, glasses, and cutlery efficiently.
• Liaising with management as needed.
• Learning from senior staff and assisting the Kitchen Porter team.
• Following health and safety guidelines.
• Assisting in training new staff.

Required Skills

This role requires someone who can maintain a professional appearance and manner, whilst also having excellent teamwork and communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, along with being able to work on a shift basis.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must be in possession of a valid skills pass and have previous experience working in a food & beverage outlet environment is considered an asset.
