Legal Advisor

GCS Malta is looking for a Legal Advisor to work with one of Malta's leading CSP companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Advising clients on legal and regulatory obligations in various fields, including company and commercial law.
• Managing client activities, including drafting and negotiating legal documents.
• Staying updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Identifying market trends to enhance service offerings.
• Delivering training on systems and procedures to clients and staff.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Legal Advisor.

Required Skills

Proven knowledge and familiarity with the laws, rules and regulations related to the ordinary course of business of Corporate Services Providers, Trusts and Trustees, Gaming licence holders or the financial services sector is required. Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have a Doctor of Laws (LL.D) and/or Master of Advocacy (M.Adv) degree (or an equivalent recognized in the EU/EEA), and a valid license to practice law in Malta whilst having a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role is an asset.
