GCS Malta is seeking to recruit an IT & Automated Technologies Specialist to join one of Malta's leading group of companies within the pharma industry.

Your Responsibilities

• Overseeing IT processes for drug/medical device traceability.
• Liaising with client's technical and IT teams.
• Assisting in project scheduling and maintenance plans.
• Supporting process modelling and IT system integration.
• Managing and configuring traceability software.
• Monitoring workflows and generating traceability reports.
• Performing preventive maintenance on systems.
• Providing first
• level technical support for traceability systems.
• Coordinating second
• level technical support issues.
• Training and assisting healthcare personnel on traceability systems.
• Supporting clients in optimizing traceability solutions.
• Assisting project teams with daily tasks and activities.
• Providing cross
• departmental support as needed.

Required Skills

The candidate has strong expertise in software and automation tools, along with sound knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical device regulations. Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications and Experience

The chosen candidate must be in possession of a Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field, whilst previous experience is considered an asset.
