GCS Malta is looking for an SMS Trading Account Executive to work with an international telecoms company in Malta.

Your Responsibilities

• Generating sales, acquiring new clients, and retaining customers to drive growth.
• Managing customer and supplier relationships to meet company targets.
• Negotiating with aggregators and clients for solutions and agreements.
• Developing SMS trading strategies for unique selling points and revenue.
• Monitoring customer performance to maximize revenue.
• Collaborating on SMS contracts and SLAs with the legal team.
• Ensuring smooth execution of business processes.
• Assisting in setting up departmental processes.
• Attending industry events as needed.
• Handling additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of the AP2 SMS industry is essential, with a proven track record in achieving targets, lead generation and acquiring new business sales. The perfect fit is someone who has excellent communication, teamwork and professionalism skills.

Qualifications and Experience

The selected candidate must be in possession of a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or in a related field, whilst a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
