GCS Malta is looking for an HR Manager to work with one of Malta’s leading building services companies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Updating employee details in Talexio (HRIS).
  • Calculating and processing monthly payroll accurately and timely.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities.
  • Preparing payroll and employment documentation.
  • Managing overtime records and resolving payroll issues.
  • Maintaining employee files and personnel records.
  • Recording leave entitlements and usage.
  • Leading the HR team.
  • Preparing information for contracts, permits, and terminations.
  • Ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
  • Supporting recruitment and performance reviews.
  • Coordinating training schedules and administrative tasks.

Required Skills

This role requires a professional individual with strong communication, leadership and planning skills. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations are essential.

Qualifications and Experience

The chosen candidate must be in possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, whilst working experience in an HR role and experience in Talexio is considered an asset.
