GCS Malta is looking for a Compartmentation Technical Designer to work with one of Malta’s leading international companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Developing compliant designs for fire compartmentation systems and specifying related fire protection elements.
• Collaborating with teams for design integration and conducting site surveys for installation quality.
• Monitoring project progress to address design issues and ensuring adherence to regulations.
• Maintaining project documentation and providing regular progress reports.
• Mentoring junior staff and leading training on fire protection technologies.

Required Skills

Ideally, be proficient in AutoCad and relevant design software, along with having sound knowledge of industry standards and fire safety regulations. Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills are essential within this role.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should hold a Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field, with experience in designing fire compartmentation, fire doors, and passive fire protection considered a plus.
