Senior Tax Associate

GCS Malta is looking for a Senior Tax Associate to work with a local assurance firm.

Your Responsibilities

• Assisting with tax compliance tasks, including income tax returns and refund claims.
• Liaising with auditors regarding tax computation issues.
• Advising clients on fiscal obligations and ensuring compliance within deadlines.
• Delivering quality service to clients and regularly reporting to management.

Required Skills

The role requires someone with sound knowledge and understanding of local and international tax. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential. Fluency in spoken and written Maltese and English is required, knowledge of the Italian Language is a must.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must be fully ACCA qualified or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience working in a similar role is considered an asset.
