GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Junior Claims Handler to join one of Malta's leading insurance companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Delivering specific objectives as assigned upon appointment.
• Managing all claims within assigned file allocation according to group SLAs.
• Gathering and processing information to support the assessment of complex cases.
• Handling a portfolio of recovery files.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by senior management or the core team.

Required Skills

This roles requires someone with excellent time management, customer service and organizational skills, along with having a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications and Experience

The candidate should have prior experience in a similar role, and an interest in developing skills in insurance or claims is considered an asset.
