Events Administrator

GCS Malta is looking for an Events Administrator to work with one of Malta's leading companies within hospitality and entertainment

Your Responsibilities

  • Assisting in developing event concepts, themes, and timelines.
  • Coordinating various event aspects, including catering and logistics.
  • Managing administrative tasks related to event planning.
  • Attending fairs and onsite events as required.
  • Working evenings and weekends as needed based on business demands and clients requests.

Required Skills

Strong teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills are essential within this role, as well as having a keen eye for detail. Fluency in both written and spoken Maltese and English, and proficiency in using MS office applications is required.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should possess strong sales skills, which are considered an asset, and prior experience in a sales role is advantageous.
