GCS Malta is seeking an Operations Administrator to work with one of Malta’s leading financial companies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Executing and monitoring benefit requests, ensuring member eligibility and proper fund transfers: communicating with members and stakeholders.
  • Processing pension
  • fund
  • related requests: maintaining confidential member records.
  • Reviewing IFA instructions: assessing risk profiles: distributing investment communications.
  • Conducting research as required by management.

Required Skills

The selected candidate should possess strong organizational and analytical skills, demonstrate attention to detail, and be proactive in managing tasks. Additionally, they must be capable of prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines. A strong command of written and spoken English is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates with an academic qualification in a finance-related field would be preferred, whilst previous experience in pension administration, financial services or a related field is considered an asset.
