System Implementation Specialist

GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a System Implementation Specialist to join one of Malta's leading tech companies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assessing and document existing.
  • Understanding business needs and defining technical requirements for procurement or development.
  • Planning and designing technology solutions.
  • Conducting full software development lifecycle.
  • Communicating system requirements to third
  • party suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensuring system security in new and existing systems against malicious threats.
  • Evaluating and selecting appropriate software or hardware solutions.
  • Overseeing projects technically and providing technical advice.
  • Performing testing and solving technical problems.
  • Ensuring implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure.
  • Monitoring systems for governance, security, sustainability, and business continuity.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication, organizational and interpretation skills. Fluency in both written and spoken Maltese and/or English is a must.

Qualifications and Experience

Ideally, candidates must have at minimum a Diploma in ICT and/or Business & ICT or equivalent at MQF level 5 or higher, whilst at least 3 years' working in systems implementation is considered to be an asset.
