Sales & Operations Executive

GCS Malta is looking for a Sales & Operations Executive to work with one of Malta's leading international companies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identifying new business opportunities and targeting key clients.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Building client relationships and providing tailored waste management solutions.
  • Conducting presentations and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Overseeing daily waste collection, transportation, and disposal.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
  • Managing vendors and optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Tracking service metrics and optimizing vehicle routes.
  • Driving continuous improvements to enhance sustainability.
  • Coordinating between sales, operations, finance, and compliance.
  • Providing feedback and introducing innovative solutions.
  • Preparing KPI reports and analyzing industry trends to refine strategies.

Required Skills

This role requires solid expertise in waste collection, recovery, disposal, and sustainability practices, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have a Diploma in Business, Sales, Operations, or a related field, whilst having experience of at least 3-5 years in sales and/or operations is considered an asset.
