Team Leader Operations

GCS Malta is looking for a Team Leader Operations to work with one of Malta's leading international companies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming calls and maintaining employee and client records.
  • Resolving employee and contractor issues, including rostering and performance.
  • Monitoring workforce schedules for safety and quality compliance.
  • Managing customer relations and responding to client inquiries.
  • Preparing project reports and Health & Safety documentation.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies during project execution.
  • Compiling project documentation and securing necessary endorsements.
  • Liaising on HR matters, including timesheet processing and leave approvals.
  • Promoting teamwork and productivity among staff.
  • Developing training programs for technicians.
  • Assisting the General Manager's office.
  • Supporting Management Systems during audits.

Required Skills

This role requires someone with strong organizational, communication and analytical skills, along with being able to multitask. Fluency in both English and Maltese and proficiency in Microsoft office applications is required.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as an Operations Executive or in a similar position is considered an asset.
