GCS Malta is looking for a Group HR Manager to work with one of Malta’s leading companies within the FMCG field.
Your Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing HR strategies to support growth and foster an inclusive culture
- Overseeing and improving recruitment to attract and retain top talent
- Establishing onboarding and continuous learning programs to enhance team engagement
- Leading performance management with KPIs and structured reviews
- Building relationships with employees and managers to resolve issues professionally
- Managing payroll and reviewing benefits programs for competitive pay practices
- Implementing HR systems for efficient payroll and data analysis
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and safety standards across locations
Required Skills
Candidates should have a successful background in multi-location, high-growth environments, solid understanding of Maltese labour laws and HR compliance, and be skilled in HRIS and payroll systems; Excel skills are advantageous. Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience, preferably in retail, food service, or hospitality.
