Junior HR Advisor

GCS Malta is looking for a Junior HR Advisor to work with one of Malta's leading printing companies.
Your Responsibilities
- Assisting with daily HR operations and building relationships with stakeholders
- Supporting recruitment processes and submitting work permit applications
- Promoting employee engagement through surveys and activities
- Updating payroll changes and assisting with internal communication
- Supporting HR procedures (disciplinary, performance, absence)
- Advising on company procedures and delivering training as needed
Required Skills
This role requires someone with strong organizational, multitasking and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team setting, be diplomatic and able to handle sensitive matters. Proficiency in using Microsoft office applications is essential.
Qualifications and Experience
The chosen candidate must be in possession of a Degree in HR with a good understanding of the Maltese Employment Law, whilst experience in an HR function is considered an asset.
