GCS Malta is looking for a Contact Centre Agent to work with one of Malta's leading insurance group of companies.
Your Responsibilities
- Handling incoming assistance service queries through multiple channels.
- Communicating with contractors via phone, chat, or email.
- Resolving and documenting service information per standard procedures.
- Performing other contact center
- related duties as assigned.
Required Skills
This role requires knowledge of basic home installation and customer service principles, along with strong data entry and typing skills. Fluency in written and spoken Maltese and English is needed.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must have a minimum of secondary level of education, whilst experience in a call center environment is considered an asset.
