GCS Malta is seeking to recruit an HR executive to join one of Malta's leading group of companies.
Your Responsibilities
- Managing recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
- Developing job descriptions with hiring managers.
- Sourcing candidates via various channels.
- Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessments,
- Ensuring smooth onboarding and positive candidate experience.
- Conducting reference checks and orientation.
- Implementing recruitment strategies and maintaining a talent pipeline.
- Collaborating with department heads on staffing needs.
- Providing recruitment updates and maintaining records.
- Identifying process improvements and participating in HR projects.
Required Skills
This role requires strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and assessment techniques, and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Software. Excellent communication, analytical and decision-making skills are required. Fluency in spoken and written English & Maltese is essential.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should be in possession of an MQF Level 6 qualification in HR, Business Administration or a related field, with at least 2-4 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment is considered an asset.
