GCS Malta is seeking to recruit a Bartender to join one of Malta's leading restaurants.

Your Responsibilities

• Creating and serving appealing cocktails.
• Providing prompt, excellent customer service.
• Demonstrating mixology skills and knowledge.
• Recommending and customizing drinks for customers.
• Keeping the bar clean and organized.
• Following health and safety standards.
• Coordinating with the kitchen on drink orders.
• Managing inventory and stock levels.
• Staying informed on industry trends.
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Maintaining the bar's high service standards.

Required Skills

This roles requires solid knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes, as well as strong customer services and communication skills. The perfect fit must be currently in Malta.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience as a bartender, with HACCP and food handling certification considered an asset.
