Ship Registration Finance Clerk

GCS Malta is seeking a Ship Registration Finance Clerk to work with one of Malta's leading corporate companies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Organizing and prioritizing the issuance of bills
  • Issuing relevant invoices and following up on payment settlements
  • Managing debt collection activities
  • Handling client inquiries related to invoice queries
  • Providing general assistance within the shipping department, including vessel release, crew certification, and filing/archiving tasks

Required Skills

This role requires someone with a strong knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications, with excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills. Fluency in both written and spoken Maltese & English is essential.

Qualifications and Experience

The chosen candidate must be in possession of an A' Level standard of education, whilst previous experience in administration or secretarial role is considered an asset.
